Tired, overstimulated, overwhelmed... yet unable to switch off, relax, or get the deep rest your body is asking for?


Deep Rest Reset is a gentle 6-week programme designed to help calm your nervous system, reduce stress, improve sleep, and create a greater sense of ease and resilience in everyday life.


Through restorative yoga, breathwork, nervous system regulation techniques, guided relaxation, therapeutic touch, sound, and deep rest practices, you'll learn simple yet powerful ways to support your wellbeing and move out of survival mode.
